The Zika virus
Transmitted by mosquitoes but also by sexual means, the Zika virus is present in Thailand. It is therefore very important to prevent the risks of contamination as for the dengue mentioned above. The symptoms are usually the same: fever, headache, joint pain, rash, but in rare cases complications arise. A doctor should be consulted very quickly.
